I have read, and wrote, numerous articles over the last few weeks about who is the best, and who is the worst teams in the league.

This time, I am going back to the beginning of the Super Bowl, to identify, from 32-1, who is the best and who is the worst teams in existence.

I am not going back prior to when the Super Bowl started, because there were two champions each year. There will always be a fight about we did better in the 20’s and we did better in the 50’s.

None of that matters. What happened prior to Super Bowl I does not matter. The only thing that does, is the ones that won starting with the Packers.

This list is based on Super Bowl, victories and apperances. I am not counting regular season stats, I am not counting pro bowl players. This is simply about who does the best when it counts the most, the last game of the year.

I am breaking this list into three parts. The first part, the bottom dwellers, are the worst teams in the history of the NFL.
